The bottom pressure insulation rubber sheet has excellent insulation characteristics. Its dielectric loss, resistance to working voltage, resistance to electric arc, resistance to corona discharge, volume resistor index and surface resistivity index are all in the insulation layer materials, and their electrical equipment characteristics are not affected by temperature and frequency. It is widely used in the industrial production of electronic devices and electrical equipment. Moreover, it also has water repellency, which is the guarantee of high reliability of electrical equipment under wet state standard. Common problems in storage of bottom insulation rubber sheet:
1、 The warehouse for storage of insulating rubber sheet shall be selected in the place with good natural ventilation and relative dryness.
Second, the place where the insulating rubber plate is stored must avoid pyrogen and compound.
Third, the storage location should be 20 miles away from the road and the wall.
Fourth, prevent the sun from shining on the insulating rubber plate.
In addition, different types of insulating rubber sheets do not need to be stored together. Due to different sulfate types, the temperature range of forming and drying is also very different. Even due to the change of climate and the harm of temperature and humidity in the room, some components of the insulating rubber sheets can be changed, so as to prevent unnecessary harm to the quality of the finished rubber sheets.
