It is strictly forbidden to touch the insulating rubber pad with oil, acid, alkali or other harmful substances, and the distance is more than 1 m above the heat source. The storage environment temperature should be between 10 ℃ and 21 ℃.
Maintenance and application regulations of insulating rubber mat:
(1) Pre application detection. Before each application, the outer type inspection shall be carried out on the left and right surface of each insulating pad. If it is found that the insulation pad has the defect that may harm the safety factor, such as isolation, damage, thin thickness reduction and other conditions that cannot ensure the dielectric strength energy, it is forbidden to apply it and remove and replace it immediately.
(2) Temperature. The insulation pad shall be applied to the area with an ambient temperature of -25-70 ℃, while the type C insulation pad shall be used in an area with an ambient temperature of -40-55 ℃.
(3) Maintenance in application. The insulating rubber pad shall prevent excess exposure under high temperature and sunshine, and try to reduce the contact with automobile oil, vegetable oil, insulating oil, industrial ethanol, strong alkali and strong acid objects, and prevent sharp objects from pricking and scratching. When the insulation rubber pad is stained, it can be cleaned with soap without exceeding the temperature strongly recommended by the manufacturer, and then the light calcium powder can be used to dry it. If the insulation pad is stained with nicotine and paint, it is necessary to immediately wipe the area polluted by the environment with appropriate organic solvent, and prevent excessive application of organic solvent. Gasoline, wax and pure alcohol can be used to clean nicotine and paint. Dry and cold insulation pad should be dry and impetuous, but the temperature of dry and cold insulation pad should not exceed 65 ℃.
