Insulating rubber sheet

The insulating rubber sheet is widely used in transformer seats, power stations, high and low voltage distribution rooms, test roommates, field power courses and other applications. The key to the construction of the insulating rubber sheet is to use rubber insulation materials. The overview of the left and right sides of the insulating rubber sheet should not have harmful irregularities. Inspection method of insulating rubber plate test sample:
1. 30t insulation rubber sheet of the same type is taken as a batch for grouping and sampling. When the half monthly production is less than 30t, the half monthly production shall be taken as a batch. Take 10 rolls randomly each time, first carry out the inspection of specification, model, specification and surface quality, then take one roll randomly from 10 rolls, and take sufficient test pieces from 30cm away from the end to carry out the physical property inspection.
2. New inspection items: all technical standards listed in this specification are new items of formal inspection. Under all normal conditions, new items such as warm air embrittlement, high temperature resistance and cold resistance shall be inspected once a quarter, and active oxygen resistance shall be inspected once a half year.
3. Judgment standard: the specification, model, and surface quality of insulating rubber sheet are sampled and inspected in large quantities, and the judgment method is the same as above. If one index value of physical property inspection does not meet the requirements, another double sample shall be taken to carry out the re examination. If it still does not meet the requirements, the batch or the stage of commodity is specially selected.
